Traditional vinifications, the wines of the Château Font Barbu result from a know-how transmitted from generation to generation for more than 100 years. The grape harvest, under the advised eye of the owner, is from day to day made in a compartmental and methodical way according to the analyses. This has as an incidence to collect healthy bays and mouthfuls of all the intensity of the soil. The power of Red Bergerac comes from a breeding out of tank stainless and an ageing out of bottle. The fruity of rosé wine is due to a vinification by bleeding and not by in a hurry, thus making it possible to choose an elegant and alive dress. Its partial vinification and according to well kept methods, gets an intense and refined softness to him. As for the white, its slow and delicate vinification, carefully extracts all the potential in the middle of each grain.
